Thursday, when asked if President Joe Biden's son Hunter Biden had sold his ten percent stake in a Chinese equity firm, the White House dodged the question again.
'I would refer you to his representative, that’s not something I can speak from – speak about from the podium,' White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre sain on Thursday when a reporter asked if the president's son had really sold his shares in the company.
Recent Chinese business records show that Hunter Biden's company, Skaneateles, is still a 10% owner of the Chinese investment firm BHR Partners, even though Hunter Biden's lawyers said he was done with the business.
In November, Hunter Biden's lawyer told the New York Times that his client "no longer has any interest, directly or indirectly, in either BHR or Skaneateles."
But the White House keeps avoiding questions about Hunter Biden's business deals in other countries, and the president keeps saying that his son has never made money from China.
In his books Secret Empires and Profiles in Corruption, published in 2018 and 2020, Breitbart senior contributor and Government Accountability Institute President Peter Schweizer revealed that Hunter Biden and Joe Biden flew on Air Force Two to China in 2013. Just 10 days after the trip, Hunter's company signed a $1.5 billion deal with a subsidiary of the Chinese government's Bank of China.
Because of his work, Schweizer also found out about the Biden family's other big, profitable, and overseas deals and connections.
White House officials have said at least ten times that they can't answer questions about Hunter Biden's business deals abroad from the podium.
Breitbart political editor Emma-Jo Morris's investigation into the "laptop from hell" belonging to Hunter Biden also made headlines around the world when she and Miranda Devine showed that Joe Biden was deeply involved in Hunter's businesses and may have even had a 10 percent stake in a company Hunter's son started with CCP officials at the highest levels.
