Audrina Patridge’s ex-husband, Corey Bohan, is experiencing some financial trouble amid the coronavirus pandemic.

The Australian actor is currently unemployed due to the crisis, so he requested that Patridge, 35, pay child support for their 3-year-old daughter Kirra, according to documents obtained by The Blast.

“I do not receive spousal support or child support from Petitioner although she earns a significantly higher income than me,” Bohan, 38, said, claiming that the “Hills” star earns $36,000 a month. “It is in the best interest of Kirra for the Court to establish a child support order as Petitioner earns a significantly higher income than Respondent.”

The single father shared that he was “furloughed” from his bartending job at The Boulevard in Newport Beach, California, and has not yet received his unemployment checks.

“I need child support and a contribution toward my attorney’s fees and costs,” he added.

Bohan also accused Patridge of not abiding by their custody agreement.

He alleged, “Petitioner violated the order a second time on March 18, 2020, by refusing to turn over custody of the minor child to Respondent at the commencement of his parenting time and withheld the child for the entirety of Respondent’s parenting time from March 18, 2020, until March 19, 2020.”

Patridge and Bohan were married from 2016 to 2018 and Patridge previously accused Bohan of domestic violence.

Last year, the “Hills: New Beginnings” star accused Bohan of sexually abusing their daughter, which he vehemently denied.

The actor said in court documents at the time, “In May 2019, Audrina made false claims of child sexual abuse against me to CPS. An investigation was done and the results of the investigation were that the allegations were unfounded.”

He alleged the reality star used the claims to “gain an advantage” in their custody battle.

A rep for Patridge could not immediately be reached for comment.
