Karl Roberson had to pull out ahead of Wednesday’s UFC on ESPN+ 29 fight, but that wasn’t going to stop his opponent Marvin Vettori.
An emotional Vettori tried to go after Roberson in the lobby of a Jacksonville hotel, screaming at his middleweight opponent, who experienced issues with cutting weight and was hospitalized.
“Let’s f–king fight,” Vettori yelled while being restrained. “If you’re a fighter then f–king fight!
“You look like you can f–king fight, then f–king fight you b-tch ass. F–king five months of preparation.”
UFC became one of the first sporting outfits to return with last week’s UFC 249, and has a multiple event in Jacksonville this week, leaving Vettori looking to find another opponent for a Saturday, according to TMZ.
