A New York photo company says that Fendi posted their picture of Blake Lively on the luxury fashion house’s social media to promote their designs — but didn’t pay for the glamour shot, a federal lawsuit charges.

A photo of the actress decked out in a yellow ensemble arriving at the “Good Morning America” show was uploaded last January next to the caption, “Blake Lively spotted in #FendiSS20,” the suit alleges.

The stolen photo also appeared on the designer’s Facebook page, according to the filing.

The Eva’s Photography is suing for up to $150,000 in damages plus attorney fees.
