Inside Kim Kardashian's new $70M Malibu home

Malibu is a playground for billionaires, and Kim Kardashian is now making sure that she can play there too.

The founder of Skims just paid a huge $70 million for a four-bedroom, six-bathroom mansion in a posh part of California that used to belong to Cindy Crawford and her husband, Rande Gerber.

It's the biggest deal in Malibu for the year and the fourth biggest sale in California for 2022 as a whole.

The move comes a few weeks after Kardashian, 41, put up for sale a flat in Calabasas and a ranch in Hidden Hills, both in Los Angeles.

The Malibu villa is more than 7,450 square feet and sits on 3 acres of land. It has a private path that leads to a private beach. The previous listing says that a long driveway that goes past the tennis courts leads to the modern home.

After a full remodel, the house was made so that it's easy to move from inside to outside.

“Our team and clients worked to transform the entire property into a serene, Zen-like oasis embracing the natural palette and materials of southern California,” Jesse Harrison, senior principal of Harrison Design told The Post. “In addition to a major refresh to the pool, spa and cabana area, the Harrison Design team also created a motor court, private parking area, interior entry courtyard, and relaxing outdoor space adjacent to the gym.”

The living room, den, dining room, and gourmet kitchen are all in the great room, which is on the main floor. It has sliding glass doors from floor to ceiling. It has a large wraparound deck with a fire pit and a view of the ocean that goes on for miles.

The main bedroom has a fireplace, a sitting area, two bathrooms that look like spas, and a walk-in closet. The last listing said that there are two more bedrooms with their own bathrooms, a media room, a light and bright gym with vaulted ceilings, and a fourth bedroom with its own entrance, a kitchen, and a bathroom.

There is a pool, a spa, a pool deck, and a cabana with a fireplace on the outside.

The last person to own it was Adam Weiss, a retired hedge fund manager who bought it from Crawford and Gerber for $45 million in 2018.

In the last year or so, the ultra-rich have moved to the idyllic beach town. This year, Kardashian bought the most expensive home in Malibu, but venture capitalist Marc Andreessen sold his home for the most money. Andreessen and his wife, Laura Arrillaga-Andreessen, spent a total of $255.5 million to buy three different Malibu estates.

Just 15 miles away, Kardashian's ex-husband Kanye West paid $57.3 million for a concrete-heavy Malibu home designed by award-winning architect Tadao Ando.

The listing was held by Jade Mills, who worked for Coldwell Banker Realty.
