The Cincinnati Bengals quarterback was carted off Sunday with a left knee injury in the third quarter against Washington. Burrow was injured while being hit right after making a throw downfield. He was quickly ruled out for the rest of the game. Ryan Finley replaced Burrow at quarterback.
Burrow seemed to reveal that his injury is season-ending.
“Thanks for all the love. Can’t get rid of me that easy. See ya next year,” Burrow wrote on Twitter.

Burrow, whom the Bengals took No. 1 overall out of LSU in the 2020 NFL Draft, has been having an excellent rookie campaign. Fellow NFL quarterbacks took to Twitter to wish Burrow well.
