Blue Ivy Carter has chance to nab a Grammy for ‘Hair Love’

Beyoncé baby girl can add another accolade to her 8-year-old resume.

Blue Ivy Carter can now add book narrator to her resume.

The 8-year-old daughter of Jay-Z and Beyoncé is set to narrate the audiobook for “Hair Love,” which is based on the Oscar-winning animated short film.

Matthew A. Cherry, who directed the flick announced the news on Instagram Monday, along with a sample clip.

The lauded tale followed an African American dad valiantly attempting to do his daughter’s hair for the first time. It won an Academy Award earlier this year for best animated short film.

The youngster has already won a BET Her Award for the song “Brown Skin Girl” and an NAACP Image Award for the same single. With the audiobook performance, there’s an opportunity for Blue Ivy to nab a Grammy nomination for spoken word. If she wins it would take a while to catch up to mom and dad. Between the two of them, they have close to 50 Grammy Awards.
