Katy Perry has obtained a restraining order against a man she claims has been stalking her and making terrifying “death threats” on social media.

Perry, 35, filed for the order of protection on Monday and it was granted the same day, per court documents obtained by Page Six.

In the restraining order petition, the new mom claimed that William Terry, a man who is believed to be homeless and living in a silver Buick sedan, has been harassing her and her family, with the most recent incident allegedly occurring on Sept. 8.

The “Roar” singer claimed in the petition, “Terry jumped the fence of my home in the Beverly Hills area of Los Angeles. Security ordered Terry to leave. When he refused he was placed under citizen’s arrest and then formally arrested for criminal trespass by the Los Aneles Police Department.”

Perry, her family and her staff were all home during the incident, she said.

Perry also claimed that Terry admitted to the responding offers that he wanted to enter her home on that date. Terry also tried to enter her home on Aug. 3, she claimed in the papers.

Now, despite the criminal trespass case against him, Perry said she is fearful that he will return to her home — in part because he allegedly made “death threats on social media.”

In the court papers, Perry said Terry named her boyfriend Orlando Bloom, and made threats “including that he wants to ‘snap Orlando Bloom’s neck.’”

A hearing to make the order permanent has been set for Oct. 8.

The order also applies to Bloom, 43, their newborn daughter Daisy Dove, and Bloom’s 9-year-old son Flynn with ex Miranda Kerr.
