Taylor Swift is already spoiling Katy Perry’s newborn daughter Daisy Dove Bloom.
On Monday, new mom Perry, 35, posted photos of the embroidered pink blanket Swift, 30, gifted the “Smile” singer, who welcomed her first child last month with fiancé Orlando Bloom.
“Miss 🌼🕊 adores her hand embroidered blankie from miss @taylorswift 😩😩😩 hope it’s one she drags around for years till it becomes an unrecognizable shred that she keeps in her pocket as a teenager,” Perry captioned the Instagram post, also sharing a close-up shot the “Baby Bloom” stitch.
Perry and Swift have come a long way since ending their highly publicized feud. In July, Perry spoke to Howard Stern about why she and Swift closed their tumultuous chapter.
“Gossip and lies, they take the elevator. But the truth takes the stairs, and it just takes time,” Perry said on SiriusXM’s “The Howard Stern Show.” “What I’m so grateful for is that we did get to make up and we made up publicly, and we got to be an example of redemption for young girls.”
Last year, Perry appeared in Swift’s star-studded music video for “You Need to Calm Down.” The pop star also told Stern how she and Swift are supportive of one another.
“So now we’re super friendly and I’ve always wanted the best for her and we can talk about the best we want for each other,” she said.
