After President Donald Trump posed with a Bible during the notorious June photo op outside St. John’s Church, Moments In Time auctioneer Gary Zimet reached out to an inside contact to have Trump autograph a Bible.

The event made headlines around the world after cops used tear gas to disperse protesters so that Trump could walk from the White House to the famed church. Now memorabilia dealer Gary Zimet claims that he’s selling the tome — with Trump’s signature in it.

“A few days after Trump famous photo opp with the Bible in front of the church I had a contact of mine in the White House get him to sign it. It took forever to get in contact with them to send it to me but I will have it for auction on Tuesday.” The starting bid will go for $37, 500 “Moments in Time” dealer Gary Zimet tells Page Six.

“The Bible is not so much important in terms of history but given what Trump has done during protest and being in the White House the fact that he would dare to sign a Bible is extraordinary. Inaugural copies the Bible that Obama was sworn in on Grover Cleveland was sworn in on, those are signed but I never seen another sign by a president especially by a sitting president.”

Zimet adds, “I think a lot of Trump supporters will like to get their hands on this item. Knowing that it was signed I was very excited to finally get it. It’s a great rarity to have.”
