Chad Johnson is only “moderately pleased” with the recent outcome of his domestic violence case because he claims he was “falsely” accused.

On July 30, the “Bachelorette” alum struck a plea deal that requires him to be on probation for 36 months following his February arrest for robbery and domestic violence.

The 32-year-old exclusively told Page Six on Monday night, “It is unsettling to me that my ex did multiple TV interviews admitting there was no physical abuse,” but he was still hit with violence charges. “All I did was punch a wall and throw her phone.”

On Feb. 24, the “Ex on the Beach” star was taken into custody after his ex-girlfriend Annalise Mishler alleged the reality star grabbed her phone and punched holes in the wall as she attempted to call for help.

Johnson was originally charged with corporal injury and assault and battery, but in interviews, Mishler, 25, appeared to echo the same story Johnson shared that he never actually physically harmed her.

At the time, Johnson blamed his behavior on alcohol, saying, “I drank to the point where I didn’t even know I was with her. I just gotta take the Instagram Story’s word that I was there.”

He was charged with six counts: one count of corporal injury to Mishler, one count of assault and battery, one count of witness intimidation, one count of trespassing and two counts of vandalism.

The Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office told Page Six on Monday that four of the counts were dismissed, but the reality star was ordered to attend Narcotics Anonymous, Alcoholics Anonymous and domestic violence counseling meetings. He was also ordered to stay 100 yards away from Mishler.

“I believe the me too movement is an extremely important movement and unfortunately situations like this, where a man is falsely accused of something, dilutes the voices of a lot of women who have actually suffered from domestic violence,” Johnson added in his emailed statement. “With all of that being said I believe my past relationships speak volumes as I have great relationships with most of my ex’s.”

Mishler did not immediately return our request for comment.

The former “Bachelor in Paradise” star said he has not spoken to Mishler in “many months” since he “ended the relationship.”

“I wish to never see, speak to, or speak of that woman ever again,” Johnson said. “All I want to do is get out of Los Angeles and far away from her so I can focus on my business, which is creating the Porn Palace in Las Vegas with my business partners by October.”

In April, the “Famously Single” star revealed he planned to set up a compound in Sin City with multiple studios in each room.

He said, “I think it’s intriguing to people I guess, for a famous person to go from doing shows where you’re watching their personality to all of a sudden doing full-blown porn.”
