Kim and Kanye’s marriage may not survive rapper’s latest episode

Sources close to Kayne West and Kim Kardashian fear that their marriage won’t survive his latest public outbursts.

The insiders believe that the rapper’s frightening behavior — including Sunday’s “campaign rally” where he cried while claiming that he had wanted to abort their first child and railed against Harriet Tubman — is connected to a “terrible” bipolar episode.

They say the entire Kardashian-Jenner family is standing by him, but that the situation is “really bad.”

“I don’t know if they can survive it,” said the source.

While his bizarre antics have no doubt been embarrassing for the family, we’re told “everyone has such compassion for him right now.”

“Anger is not a motivation,” said the source.

“The family is trying to work out what to do,” they added, “and hoping that this nightmare will be over soon and they can get Kanye into treatment.”

The source said that when West, 43, is in good health, he’s “super lovely and connected.” But during an episode, “it’s terrible.” “The sad thing is that when he recovers, he realizes what he’s done and he apologizes,” they said.

The rapper-turned-designer first revealed his bipolar disorder in 2019. He was hospitalized for what first responders called a “psychiatric emergency” back in 2016, hours after delivering a bizarre rant onstage, in which he slammed pals Jay-Z and Beyoncé.

At Sunday’s event in South Carolina, West — who announced on July 4 that he’s running in this year’s presidential election — appeared onstage in a bulletproof vest with “2020” shaved into his hair. Among other things, he said abolitionist Tubman “never actually freed the slaves, she just had the slaves go work for other white people.”

Sources previously told Page Six that Kardashian, 39, was “mortified” after West claimed on Sunday that they had talked about not going through with her pregnancy in 2012. The pair married in 2014 and has four children.

West also shocked fans on Monday night by going on a Twitter rant accusing Kardashian and her mother, Kris Jenner, 64, of “trying to lock him up” as if he were a character in the 2017 horror movie “Get Out.”

West is currently staying at the $14 million Wyoming ranch he bought with Kardashian. On Tuesday he posted a video with comic Dave Chapelle, and tweeted, “THANK YOU DAVE FOR HOPPING ON A JET TO COME SEE ME DOING WELL. DAVE YOU ARE A GODSEND AND A TRUE FRIEND. ALL LOVE.”
