Amber Heard is denying Johnny Depp’s claims that she defecated in their bed — blaming it on the actor’s “lavatorial sense of humor.”

A rep for the actress says the accusation that Heard, 34, or one of her friends put poop in the couple’s marital bed in 2016 is bogus and suggested that the “Pirates of the Caribbean” actor himself could be the perpetrator, because he had joked about committing a similar prank.

“This accusation is completely untrue and has been designed purely to humiliate Ms Heard,” a spokesperson for Heard told The Post Tuesday, as Depp’s defamation trial against a British newspaper went on in London.

“As the evidence in court showed, Mr Depp discussed committing such a prank for years beforehand and it plays to his lavatorial and abusive sense of humour. Mr Depp’s team is trying to grab headlines – at the expense of the truth — and distract from the serious, central issue of this case: the perpetration of domestic violence.”

Depp, 57, had suggested a poop prank in the master bedroom in a text to his then-assistant Stephen Deuters in October 2013.

Johnny Depp wrote in the text, “Will you squat in front of the door of the master bedroom and leave a giant coil of dookie so that Amber steps in it and thinks that one of the dogs, primarily Boo, has a major problem… It’ll be funny!!!”

The texts have come to light during discovery for Depp’s two libel cases, one in the UK and another in the US, which has not yet come to trial.

Heard and Depp had two Yorkshire terriers at the time, called Pistol and Boo, with whom the couple famously stepped in it with the Australian Prime Minister in 2015 when they were accused of smuggling them into the country illegally.

Depp is currently in London’s High Court suing Britain’s The Sun for writing that he was a “wife beater” in a 2018 article. Depp has denied the claims.

Photos of the feces were admitted to British court Tuesday as Depp’s longtime maid described how she found it in the bed the actor shared with then-wife Heard — and the maid even took photos because she was so disgusted.

Depp has accused Heard or one of her friends of pooping in the bed as a “prank” after the actress’s 30th birthday party April 21, 2016, following a blistering fight between the pair.

Housekeeper Hilda Vargas said in a written statement submitted to British court that she arrived at the celebrity couple’s penthouse around 3 p.m. the day after the party to clean up — and heard another cleaning lady call to her in horror from the bedroom.

“She was pointing to the bed and told me that she couldn’t believe what she had found,” Vargas said, referring to the other maid.

“I pulled back the top sheet on the bed and saw a large pile of feces.

“I was horrified and disgusted. It was clear to me that this was human feces. I knew that the feces could not have come from either of Mr. Depp’s or Ms. Heard’s two small dogs.

“I have cleaned up after those dogs many times, and their feces are much smaller. Further, I have never known those dogs to defecate in the bed.”

Vargas, who has worked as Depp’s housekeeper in Los Angeles for more than 30 years, added in testimony, “Those feces were fresh … from the night or from the early morning.”

The Spanish-speaking maid, through a translator, said the incident showed “a lack of respect” and that she took the photos because she was “angry.”

The court heard that the actress had first claimed the poop was left by one of their dogs, and later described it to a building supervisor as a “harmless prank.”
