Teyana Taylor says soul singer and certified doula Erykah Badu will serve as her midwife for the birth of her second child.
“I don’t know if I want to go to the hospital for this next baby,” she told Nick Cannon on his podcast. “I’ll make sure it’s not on the toilet or the bathroom floor,” where she gave birth to her first daughter, Junie, three weeks before her due date.
“I’m gonna do it with Erykah. I’m super excited. I’m gonna have her sing her verse from [Taylor’s song] ‘Lowkey’ to calm my nerves.”
