Odell Beckham Jr. is still a Brown and ready to make a splash.

While the offseason has been filled with rumors about whether Beckham might be traded again, the wide receiver has gone to work rehabbing to put himself in shape for what he hopes to be a big year.

“Right now what I’m trying to do is hit the reset button,” Beckham said in his own YouTube video Monday. “Being able to just get everything fixed. Shoulder, arms, back, everything aligned, functional, moving properly, so I can begin training to be ready for the season.

“I would honestly say this is probably going to be one of my best seasons. Bigger, stronger, faster — this is my time.”

Beckham played through a sports hernia last season, which he said led to worse injuries by the end of the season before finally undergoing surgery in January. In his first season with the Browns, after the Giants traded him last March, Beckham played in all 16 games but had one of the worst years of his career, catching 74 passes for 1,035 yards and only four touchdowns.

The 27-year-old indicated his lingering injuries may have had something to do with that.

“So last year I was training in June and July, and I was kind of just feeling stuff around the groin area, abs and stuff like that,” Beckham said. “My third week of training camp, I tear a little piece of my ab. So before the season, I kind of had the hernia thing going on. Sports hernia is what they call it. End up at the end of the season, torn abductor, torn rectus abdominis on the right.

“So pretty much, I was just f—ed up the whole year. I really didn’t try and say anything about it. Probably one of the worst surgeries I’ve ever had. Recovery’s going well. Guess I’m really just trying to put my body back together. I’ve been playing for 23 years, so for me, I’m trying to put it all back together in seven months.”

Those seven months have also been largely filled with rumors about Beckham’s uncertain future in Cleveland. The Browns, who underwent a coaching and general manager change this offseason, have repeatedly tried to shut them down and have insisted they are trying to build with Beckham in their plans.
