The Post’s Ryan Dunleavy gives his Top 10 quarterbacks in this year’s 2020 NFL Draft:
1. Joe Burrow, LSU, 6-3, 221
Once considered a late-round prospect, Heisman Trophy winner is most clear-cut No. 1 overall quarterback pick since Cam Newton in 2011.
2. Tua Tagovailoa, Alabama, 6-0, 217
Left-hander with so much talent, one big injury concern (hip surgery) unable to be eased because of canceled Pro Days and medical checks.
3. Justin Herbert, Oregon, 6-6, 236
Ugly history for Oregon quarterbacks in the NFL, but he has 44 career games to evaluate on film. He might have been better off in 2019 draft.
4. Jordan Love, Utah State, 6-4, 224
Patrick Mahomes improvisational comparisons are tantalizing, but 20:17 touchdown-to-interception ratio in 2019 is troubling.

5. Jalen Hurts, Oklahoma, 6-1, 221
The athletic dual-threat went 38-4 as a starter and totaled nearly 13,000 total yards of offense (including three years at Alabama).

Gunslinger transferred from Georgia and showed better deep-ball touch at the NFL combine, but remains a complete wild card.
7. Jake Fromm, Georgia, 6-2, 219
Smart game-manager who had Bulldogs within a play of a national championship as a freshman, before Tagovailoa saved the day.
8. James Morgan, FIU, 6-4, 229
Oozes toughness but struggles with accuracy. He was better in 2018 than 2019.
9. Anthony Gordon, Washington State, 6-2, 205
Did ex-teammate Gardner Minshew pave a path from the Air Raid to the NFL? Maybe, but Gordon doesn’t have Minshew’s zip.
10. Nate Stanley, Iowa, 6-4, 235
Prototypical NFL size but not much mobility. Never completed 60 percent of his passes in a season.

Late riser:
Hurts: No one asking him to change positions now. Is he the perfect fit on a “redshirt year” for the Patriots?
Dropping fast:
Fromm: He would have benefited from returning to Georgia for another season because he didn’t fully maximize his talent. NFL combine performance hurt.
Small school wonder
Kevin Davidson, Princeton: Sat for three years at Princeton but got on the radar in the East-West Shrine Bowl and NFL combine. All the makings of a reliable career backup.
