Happy birthday, Harvey!

Convicted rapist Harvey Weinstein spent his 68th birthday in prison on Thursday with gifts from state correctional officers that included a pamphlet about sexual abuse behind bars and an informational video about preventing prison suicide.

The materials are given to all new inmates like Weinstein, who was transported to far-off Wende maximum-security correctional facility in upstate New York on Wednesday.

On his first day, the former Hollywood mogul was required to receive the sexual abuse pamphlet called “The Prevention of Sexual Abuse in Prison; What Inmates Need to Know,” according to a state corrections directive.

A security supervisor will have then assessed him for his “risk of being sexually abused by other inmates or sexually abusive toward other inmates,” according to the directive.

The Oscar winner was then shown an informational video about how prisoners should avoid killing themselves while behind bars.

The video, “Suicide Prevention for People in Prison,” is intended for inmates to keep with them for the remainder of their stay.

Weinstein’s prison consultant, Craig Rothfeld, said the disgraced Hollywood mogul may have lucked out and been placed in a medical unit in the facility because of his ailing health and the coronavirus outbreak.

“DOCCS is doing their best effort to protect inmates and not bring in COVID-19. Wende has no confirmed cases at the moment,” Rothfeld said.

Weinstein was moved to the prison near Buffalo after a short stay on Rikers Island after being sentenced to more than two decades behind bars last week for raping an aspiring actress and sexually abusing a TV and film production assistant.
