How to get new ration card if lost?
Online Procedure
- Go to the official website of your state’s food and civil supply department. Click here to Check Official Links
- Click on the “Apply for a duplicate Ration Card” link. Fill in the application, and upload scanned copies of the above documents.
- Submit the form and print out the acknowledgement message.
How to add a new member in ration card?
Process to Add New Name in Ration Card – Offline
- Go to the official food and civil supply department website
- In the ration card section, click the ‘name addition of new members’ link and open the application form
- Fill in all the details completely and upload the relevant documents including a scan of your existing ration card and identity documents of the new member
How to check my ration card?
- Visit the official website of the Distribution system of their respective state.
- Go to the section of Ration card related services.
- Find out the “Search ration card” from the displayed list.
- Fill in the details required on the consecutive page.
- Then Click “Submit” at the end of the section.
How to know ration card status?
• Visit the official AP Ration Card Website. • Login there as existing account. You will need to enter the user ID and password that you created during registration process. • After entering the credentials, you will see a screen with Ration Card option. Just select it and check for “Ration card Status” option.
