On Tuesday, President Biden was mocked on social media when what seemed to be a bird defecating on his jacket during a speech drew a lot of attention.
The apparent ornithological incident may have been corn flying around in the room, according to Bloomberg White House journalist Justin Sink, but Twitter users exploited the footage to mock Biden for the plight of the country under his leadership.

Claremont Institute communications director Nick Short described the incident as "#Bidenflation explained by a bird."
