We bring you picks 1-20, and include the Jets’ 23rd pick as well.

A new franchise quarterback one more time for the Jets plus a dynamic running back, and a new Hog Mollie for Giants GM Dave Gettleman and new O-line coach Robert Sale.

Mock 4.0 will be 1-25, Mock 5.0 and beyond will be the entire first round.

1. Jacksonville Jaguars: Trevor Lawrence (QB, Clemson)

You know everything about this guy by now, but a reminder: The most famous Lawrence since Welk, Taylor, of Arabia, Peter Berra, will be coached by most famous Urban, Meyer.

2. New York Jets: Zach Wilson (QB, BYU)

New GM Terry Fontenot gets new coach Arthur Smith a new franchise quarterback for the future. A raw new franchise quarterback with a rocket arm and dangerous legs who can sit behind Matt Ryan for a year, maybe two. See Jordan Love in Green Bay.

5. Cincinnati Bengals: Kyle Pitts (TE, University of Miami)

Joe Burrow will need better protection, but veteran free agent RT Riley Reiff helps opposite LT Jonah Williams, and a 6-foot-6, 240-pound unicorn more than fills the void left by the departure of WR A.J. Green.

6. Miami Dolphins (from Eagles): Ja’Marr Chase (WR, LSU)

Tua Tagovailoa — if he isn’t part of a package for embattled Deshaun Watson — can use an alpha dog No. 1 receiver, and injury-prone deep threat Will Fuller isn’t it. Offensive tackle Penei Sewell is tempting, but Chris Grier and Brian Flores drafted three offensive linemen last year, including No. 1b pick LT Austin Jackson.

7. Detroit Lions: Jaylen Waddle (WR, Alabama)

Kenny Golladay is a Giant. Marvin Jones is a Jaguar. Jared Goff needs more than Breshad Perriman, so why not an electric difference-maker to balance RB D’Andre Swift?

8. Carolina Panthers: Mac Jones (QB, Alabama

Rhule would love his leadership and intangibles, and offensive coordinator Joe Brady can coach him up as he learns behind bridge QB Teddy Bridgewater.

9. Denver Broncos: Rashawn Slater (OL, Northwestern)

O-line coach Mike Munchak could coach him up at any position — especially opposite Garrett Bowles at RT, where Ju’Wuan James has been an expensive free-agent bust.

10. Dallas Cowboys: Penei Sewell (OT, Oregon)

LT of the future and blue-chip insurance for Tyron Smith, because you never know about post-surgical necks. Because somebody had better be ready to keep Leonard Williams off Dak Prescott, right?

11. New York Giants: Alijah Vera-Tucker (OL, USC)

A 6-foot-4, 315-pound blue-collar guy considered among the safest picks in the draft, with the positional versatility Joe Judge craves, could be a plug-and-play to replace Kevin Zeitler.

12. Philadelphia Eagles (from Dolphins): Patrick Surtain II (CB, Alabama)

A polished Crimson Tide bookend for Darius Slay. Because somebody has to cover Kenny Golladay, right?

13. Los Angeles Chargers: Christian Darrisaw (OT, Virginia Tech)

How about a 6-foot-4, 313-pound, blind-side protector for Justin Herbert over the next decade? No disrespect intended to Trey Pipkins III.

14. Minnesota Vikings: DeVonta Smith (WR, Alabama)

A value pick for Kirk Cousins as the third receiver with 31-year-old Adam Thielen and youngster Justin Jefferson.

15. New England Patriots: Micah Parsons (LB, Penn State)

If he slides this far, it would only be because of off-field red flags. Dont’a Hightower opts back in at age 31, and this is a 6-foot-3, 246-pounder who ran a 4.39 at his Pro Day.

16. Arizona Cardinals: Caleb Farley (CB, Virginia Tech)

His fall stops here following news of back surgery that hopefully will see him ready for training camp. J.J. Watt arrives as a bookend for Chandler Jones, and now defensive coordinator Vance Joseph gets an athletic 6-foot-2, 207-pound replacement for Patrick Peterson (Vikings).

17. Las Vegas Raiders: Gregory Rousseau (DE, University of Miami)

After the 2020 Raiders registered just 21 sacks, help, in the form of a raw 6-foot-7, 265-pounder opposite Maxx Crosby, arrives for defensive coordinator Gus Bradley.

18. Dolphins: Kwity Paye (DE, Michigan)

Shaq Lawson was traded to the Texans and Kyle Van Noy returned to the Patriots. Emmanuel Ogbah gets a three-cone drill monster to aid and assist the pass rush.

19. Washington Football Team: Kadarius Toney (WR, Florida State)

WR Curtis Samuel was a nice free-agent signing to relieve some of the burden on Terry McLaurin (and TE Logan Thomas), but why not a deep-threat toy for gunslinger Ryan Fitzpatrick?

20. Chicago Bears: Jaycee Horn (CB, South Carolina)

A 6-foot-1, 205-pound long-term replacement with 4.39 speed for Kyle Fuller.

23. Jets: Travis Etienne: (RB, Clemson)

A home-run threat in the open field and a security blanket in the passing game for offensive coordinator Mike LaFleur to help the young quarterback, whomever that may be.
