Fans dismissed her as rude and entitled — but she vows to "never change."
She’s no sorry Charli.
TikTok’s biggest star, Charli D’Amelio, 16, found herself 1 million followers short and bombarded with criticism over a video posted this week that many thought was flippant and entitled.
In the video, Charli carries on a cringeworthy dinner-table disagreement with her parents, Marc and Heidi, her sister, Dixie, fellow TikTokker James Charles and personal chef Aaron May. At one point, she laments that she hasn’t hit 100 million followers quickly enough, leaving her fans feeling like mere notches on a bedpost. Another regrettable moment happened when May cooked the family escargot, an “omen of good luck and fortune,” May says to the D’Amelio family, who reside in Norwalk, Connecticut.
Dixie tries the cultural delicacy, then convulses, gags and runs outside to vomit in front of May, while Charli asks for “dino nuggets.” Despite support from Charles after the criticism started rolling in, Charli’s followers continued to point out the family’s rude behavior.
“It’s disgusting how spoiled and disrespectful those girls are,” one commenter wrote. “Didn’t pass the vibe check,” deemed another.
But Charli, worth an estimated $4 million for her social-media fame, isn’t backing down.
“Tomorrow I will be back posting normal content with a smile on my face! At the end of the day I know I am a good person with a good heart and I will never change that about myself. I love you all!!” she wrote on Twitter, scooping up 188,000 likes as of Friday morning.

As of Friday morning, Charli had just 98.5 million followers, down from her 99.5 million prior to the video.
Reps for Charli declined The Post’s request for comment about the online controversy.
