The 6’7″, heavily tattooed athlete went public with Star on Instagram August 22, with the beauty influencer posting a picture of himself on Marhold’s lap, blocking his new beau’s face. Followers were, however, able to confirm Marhold’s identity thanks to his arm tattoos.

Marhold plays basketball overseas

Currently living in Atlanta, Marhold, 30, is an international basketball player who proved himself as a small forward during his time at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh from 2009-2013.

The aspiring NBA star went on to play in Austria for SKN St. Pölten for the 2013-2014 season, Heavy reports. He then moved on to the Basketball Bundesliga league, playing for the Giessen 46ers in 2015. One year later he joined the SG-Luetzel Koblenz.

Barstool Sports described Marhold’s post-collegiate career as “below average.”

Marhold is (allegedly) a CEO

The B-ball star purports to be CEO of the Belle modeling agency. The company’s skimpy Instagram presence — which only dates back to March — mostly features content of Marhold, though a recent post shows he and Star posing for a photoshoot.

Marhold has a son (and maybe an ex-wife?)

A woman, Emmanuella Chartol, who claims to be the mother of Marhold’s son, shared her pain over the end of their relationship soon after Star shared their first photos as a couple.

“Tell me [what] I’ve done to you,” she wrote in screenshots captured by TSR. “Tell why to expose yourself but my son? Money? Cause I could worked harder to make our life better. I was your ride and die, I could do anything to save our relationship. Anything.”

“My son matters,” she said in a separate post. “My son was so happy last week, idc if it’s about money but this hurts me a lot and affects my son. God please help me to keep my head up for my son cause this s–t is unreal. Please help me God to be strong for my son. This ruin the whole family.”

Followers assumed Chartol to be Marhold’s ex-wife, though she has yet to confirm the pair were actually married. Star addressed followers accusing him of taking a married man away from his family, tweeting, “I don’t hang out with married men. I’m not going to repeat myself again so read it twice. Marriage licenses are public record. Common sense is not so common.”

Marhold’s relationship with Star blindsided his most recent ex

An Atlanta-based makeup artist who goes by Lauren has claimed in a series of social media posts that she’s Marhold’s most recent ex, dating to earlier in 2020. She expressed her shock at Marhold’s latest relationship on Twiitter, writing, “My ex on the shade room for f–king Jeffree Starr [sic] is not how I planned to start my day. 😷.”

The relationship also appeared to blindside both Star’s fans and critics, in light of Star’s past use of racial slurs. (Star apologized for his behavior in 2017.) He claims to truly be smitten with Marhold, in spite of waggish internet claims that the influencer is paying Marhold to date him.

“I know it’s devastating news for some people, but I don’t give money to anyone I’m dating or anyone who is f–king me. Work on your own insecurities sis, I’m not the problem,” the 34-year-old makeup guru tweeted.

“Worry about how to pay your own bills, not who’s in my mouth 💯 Thank you, God bless – Upper management,” Star added.
