Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) wants Barack Obama, Joe Biden, James Comey and others to appear before the Senate Judiciary Committee to testify under oath about a January 2017 White House meeting at the center of the Obama administration’s Trump-Russia collusion probe.  This was the same meeting where even though he claimed on television that he had no knowledge of that meeting or anything that happened during it to go after and setup Lt. General Michael Flynn, it was later revealed that Biden as vice president was the one who suggested going after Flynn for the Logan Act.  And even that was completely bogus.

During an ABC News interview Biden told George Stephanopoulos he knew “nothing” concerning the prosecution of Flynn.

“So, what did you know about those moves to investigate Michael Flynn, and was anything improper done?” Stephanopoulos asked.

“I knew nothing about those moves to investigate Michael Flynn, number one. Number two, this is all about diversion!” Biden replied.

Stephanopoulos then recalled the Jan. 5, 2017, assembly through which Obama mentioned a Logan Act charge in opposition to Flynn for his telephone call with Russian ambassador Sergey Kislyak.

“You were reported to be in a January 5th, 2017, meeting where you and the president were briefed on the FBI’s plan to question Michael Flynn over those conversations he had with the Russian ambassador Kislyak,” Stephanopoulos said.

Biden replied that he thought Stephanopoulos was asking about whether or not he had anything to do with Flynn being prosecuted.

“I, I, I was aware that there was, that there, that they asked for an investigation,” Biden said.  How much you wanna bet Stephanopoulos got him to do the backtrack.

“But that’s all I know about it,” he continued. “And I don’t think anything else.”

Cruz continued, “The people who broke the law need to be prosecuted, and they need to go to jail,” Cruz said in a “John Solomon Reports” podcast reported by Just the News.

“The Obama-Biden administration had embedded hard partisans within law enforcement that continued to wage a never-ending attack on the president and to be willing to lie, cheat and steal to do it,” the senator said.

Cruz noted that fired and disgraced former FBI Director James Comey, fired and disgraced former Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe, grumpy old man former CIA Director John Brennan, Biden and Obama “were intimately involved.”

Cruz showed his frustration by the lack of accountability in the “political weaponization of federal law enforcement and national security agencies during the Trump-Russia investigation.”

The Democrat spent the first two and a half years of his first term claiming that the Donald Trump campaign colluded with Russia during the 2016 election, and was debunked by special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation.

Now there’s evidence that the infamous Steele dossier, which was bought and paid for by Hillary Clinton, of which the claims of Russian collusion came from, may have contained a lot of Russian disinformation that Clinton paid for from Russians.

US Attorney John Durham is conducting a criminal investigation of the Obama administration’s Operation Crossfire Hurricane probe into the Trump campaign during the 2016 election.

Durham so far has gotten one guilty plea, from former FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith, who admitted to altering an email to facilitate obtaining a FISA warrant to spy on the Trump campaign.  His actions enabled the corrupt Obama administration to spy on the entire campaign based on what is known as the two-hop rule, which allows investigators to investigate anyone who the target of the warrant may have had contact with, and for Carter Page, that meant just about everyone in the Trump campaign.

At that January 2017 White House, Obama officials schemed to bring charges against Michael Flynn, President Trump’s first national security adviser.

Memos reveal Obama administration officials discussed trying to get Flynn to lie under oath.  When the FBI interviewer said he believe Flynn was telling the truth, they just lied about it, and doctored the 302 document of the interview to make it appear that Flynn lied to FBI agents during the interview about questions asked on what he talked about to the Russian ambassador concerning the sanctions that the Obama administration had placed on them.

Flynn later pleaded guilty to making false statements to the FBI, only because they then threatened to go after his innocent son.  This is America? Flynn later withdrew his plea. The Department of Justice analyzed what the FBI did to Flynn, and had no choice but to drop the charges due to the amount of corruption involved.   In fact, remember how Flynn plead guilty to lying about the sanctions questions?  Well, according to declassified documents, including the 302 document of the interview, the FBI never asked Flynn about sanctions, so how could he have lied about something the FBI never asked him?  Even so, a federal judge has refused to allow the case to be dropped.  Someone must have gotten to Judge Emmet Sullivan, because he refuses to drop the case, even though the DOJ has done so.  His involvement is just a formality, but it is my opinion that the Democrats got to him and asked him to keep the case alive until after the election.  Flynn knows everything the Obama administration did, and they want to silence him.

The Democrats put the country through hell. They created a two and a half year Constitution crisis all based on lies and a hoax. The American people are owed an explanation from the people involved.
