Kyle Richards and Dorit Kemsley’s friendship is at odds after NYFW disses

The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” didn’t leave their fierceness on the catwalk.

Dorit Kemsley and Kyle Richards got into a heated argument over Kemsley’s comments regarding Richards’ newest fashion venture in a sneak preview of Wednesday night’s episode of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” reunion exclusively obtained by Page Six.

While the entire cast walked in Richards’ NYFW show for Kyle x Shahida in September 2019, Richards, 51, enlisted 44-year-old Kemsley’s help in running things behind the scenes because of her expertise with Beverly Beach by Dorit.

However, Richards soon perceived comments that Kemsley had made as digs at her company.

“Literally throwing my business under the bus,” Richards began to attack. “I’ve never done that. When you said, ‘Kyle doesn’t even know what she’s doing.’ Do you think I would do that with any of your businesses? Do you know how easily I could do that? And I never did.”

A flashback clip played of Kemsley quipping, “How do you have a line that you haven’t even seen the pieces [for]? What, you just woke up and said, ‘Why don’t I just throw my name on it and it’ll be a success? No need for experience or know-how.’ Of course Kyle’s freaking out. She has no what she’s doing!”

Kemsley began to express her feelings, but Richards cut her off and insisted that it was her turn to speak.

“Then when you came to my house before we went to Santa Barbara we had this conversation and I said to you, from my heart, that I really feel like we’re friends for life and it made me feel bad and then you cut to your interviews and you’re like, making fun of me,” Richards said, becoming emotional. “I foolishly really did think that you and I were better friends than we were.”

Kemsley then began to defend herself.

“I never, ever slammed your designs,” she said. “I love your designs. What I did in the confessional was poke a little fun because you were not as prepared as I thought you should have been.”

Part two of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” reunion airs Wednesday on Bravo at 9 p.m. ET.
