Attorney Lisa Bloom suffered another setback this week in the sexual misconduct case against famed photographer Bruce Weber.

A judge dismissed her client Buddy Krueger’s suit against Weber because, as a source claims, his recollection of the year that the alleged incidents occurred appeared to be murky.

Krueger alleged that fashion shutterbug Weber “used his power in the male modeling industry to fraudulently entice and forcefully engage him into abusive commercial sex acts during two separate photoshoots.” But unfortunately for Krueger, he wasn’t able to get the dates straight in court documents.

“He appeared like he was trying to fit the incident into the statute of limitations, so the judge saw right through it,” a source familiar with the case told Page Six. “Bruce and his team had records and evidence that contradicted Krueger’s story each time he changed it, and the judge called Bruce’s evidence ‘indisputable.’ ”

But Bloom told us, “Like many sexual assault accusers, [Krueger] had to contend with a tough statute of limitations, which unfairly limits the time sexual assault accusers can file lawsuits, no matter how strong their case. The dismissal of his case was based on that timeline only, and had nothing to do with the truth of Mr. Krueger’s allegations.”

“Bruce plans to hold the plaintiff fully accountable and expose his lies and false accusations,” a source close to Weber said.

Bloom reps five other men who also accused the photographer of sexual misconduct.

In June, Bloom was ordered to pay Weber over $28,000 in legal costs after one of her key witnesses refused to answer certain questions at a deposition in the case brought by model Jason Boyce, another plaintiff. A judge denied Weber’s request to dismiss Boyce’s lawsuit.

“Expect Mr. Krueger to testify as a … witness at the upcoming trials of our remaining five accusers, who stand strong,” Bloom said.
