Nikki and Brie Bella shared the names of their newborn baby boys as well as new photos of the newborns.

The 36-year-old twins, who gave birth within 22 hours of each other earlier this month, revealed on Instagram on Wednesday that Nikki’s son is named Matteo and Brie’s son is named Buddy.

Brie, who shares her newborn with 39-year-old Husband Daniel Bryan, explained the meaning behind the name Buddy.

“Buddy Dessert Danielson. Named after Bryan’s Dad and his middle name is pronounced Desert after my Nana’s maiden name,” she wrote on Instagram. “He came into our lives in such a special way we wanted to name him after some special people ✨.”

Meanwhile, Nikki, who shares baby Matteo with 38-year-old fiancé Artem Chigvintsev, opened up about shooting a cover for People magazine post-partum.

“It was so important for us to showcase the real and raw side of postpartum,” she wrote on social media along with a photo of the cover where she and Brie pose with their babies. “Brie and I here are less than two weeks postpartum. Most wouldn’t do photo shoots but we wanted to embrace the beauty of being new moms. The lack of sleep (literally have welts under my eyes from not sleeping lol), the glow, the weight gain, the excitement, the overall beauty of postpartum and motherhood!”

The Bella sisters announced their pregnancies in January, not long after Nikki and Chigvintsev revealed their engagement.

While this is Nikki and Chigvintsev’s first child, Brie and Bryan, who married in 2014, also share 3-year-old daughter Birdie Joe.
