The pandemic has even changed party swag.

Guests at Manhattan bashes used to go home with expensive beauty products and bottles of fine spirits — but at a launch party for Luann de Lesseps’ new single, “Viva La Diva,” attendees were treated to masks with the title pasted across the front.

The countess and collaborator Desmond Child toasted the song at Nerai Thursday night — but needless to say they were booted at 10:45 p.m. to comply with the COVID rules. We’re told that rumored new cast member of the “Real Housewives of New York City,” Alicia Quarles, was there. Comedian Michelle Collins, who has joined de Lesseps onstage at her “Countess and Friends” cabaret show, also partied with the group.

We’re told that because of the pandemic, the video — which debuted on People’s site Thursday — was “shot with a low budget and crew of two,” but that 54Below, the original site for “Countess and Friends,” made the most of the lockdown and allowed the “Real Housewives” star to shoot the clip there. “Everything has come full-circle,” said a source.
