Heidi Klum is requesting an emergency hearing to allow her kids to travel with her to Germany.

Klum, 47, claims in a new court filing, obtained by People, that ex-husband Seal is preventing her from bringing their children with her as she films “Next Top Model” in the European country because he has COVID-19 concerns. The former couple share four children: Leni, 16, Henry, 14, Johan, 13, and Lou, 10.

In the declaration, Klum claims their children spend the majority of the time with her instead of Seal, whose full name is Seal Henry Olusegun Olumide Adeola Samuel.

“Henry’s time with our children is sporadic at best,” Klum wrote, noting their joint custody agreement.

Normally the competition series would tape in LA, but the German cast and crew are unable to enter the US because of the pandemic.

“I am well aware of all of the necessary precautions associated with the COVID-19 virus, and would never put our children at risk — I have taken all the precautions for Germany the same way I do in the United States,” Klum wrote.

The supermodel also said she’d be willing to adjust their custody schedule this year so that the “Kiss From a Rose” crooner could spend Christmas with them instead of her.

“There will be a three-week break for the Christmas holidays … Though the children were originally slated to spend this Christmas break with me (as Henry spent Christmas 2019 with them), I am willing to agree that Henry spend the Christmas break with them again this year so that the children can be with their father during this time, if Henry would like this,” she wrote.

“Also, as Henry has a British passport, he would be able to visit the children while they are in Germany if he wishes to do so,” she added.

Klum’s daughter Leni also wrote a declaration to the court stating she and her siblings want to travel to Germany with their mother so they can see their grandparents.

A rep for Seal didn’t return our request for comment.

Klum’s rep had no comment.

Klum and Seal’s divorce was finalized in October 2014 after nine years of marriage. She secretly married Tom Kaulitz last year after the guitarist’s Christmas Eve proposal.
