One-third of Migos, Takeoff, is being sued by a Los Angeles woman who claims the rapper raped her at a June party.

According to the lawsuit, filed Wednesday in Los Angeles Superior Court, the plaintiff — going by Jane Doe — was invited to a June 22 house party in Encino, Calif., by occasional Migos DJ Daryl “Durel” McPherson.

The woman claims that Takeoff — né Kirshnik Khari Ball — offered her marijuana at one point, though she declined. Later, she says she was headed to McPherson’s bedroom with him when, passing Takeoff, 26, in a hallway, the Migos member became angry and started arguing with Durel.

She left the pair and waited for McPherson in his bedroom, though instead, she says the “Walk It Talk It” rapper came in and began touching her. After she attempted to dissuade him, the suit says he forcefully raped her.

The suit notes that the woman went to a nearby hospital, where staff “observed physical evidence of forceful rape and notified the Los Angeles Police Department.” Her lawyer, Neama Rahmani, told Billboard that “justice has been slow in this particular case. It is a month and a half since the rape and no arrests have been made.” (The LAPD confirmed to Billboard that an investigation is active.)

The suit, which seeks damages to be determined, states sexual battery, battery, assault, false imprisonment, intentional infliction of emotional distress and negligent infliction of emotional distress.
