Madelaine Petsch has got Vanessa Morgan’s back.
Earlier this week, Petsch — who plays co-stars on “Riverdale” with Morgan — hit back at an online troll over a comment made on Morgan’s pregnancy announcement, which was posted to Instagram days prior to husband Michael Kopech’s divorce reveal.
“Don’t disrespect our pitcher like that,” one commenter posted, referencing Chicago White Sox pitcher Kopech, 24.
Petsch, 25, then fired back Monday: “Honestly if I see one more comment like this I’ll lose it. Vanessa is a beautiful mother to be and the hate and disrespect I’m seeing on this post about her bringing a new life into this world is disgusting.”
In June, Kopech filed for divorce from Morgan, 28, after less than a year of marriage, and one month prior to her pregnancy reveal, the Chicago Tribune reported Monday. A rep for Morgan told the publication that Kopech is the father.
The baby boy is due to arrive in January.
Kopech and Morgan got engaged last summer and tied the knot in January. The MLB star previously dated “Don’t Be Tardy” personality Brielle Biermann.
