Maluma’s latest single, “Hawái,” is all about his split from Natalia Barulích and her moving on with soccer star Neymar, Page Six has learned.

“Maluma did not tell Natalia about the song,” a source exclusively told us on Wednesday. “He wrote it based off of his own personal experiences.”

Maluma, 26, does not call out Barulích, 28, by name in the latin pop song, but several references in the lyrics and music video confirm the Colombian singer is talking about his model ex.

A source told us Maluma provided the storyline for the video, directed by Jessy Terrero. It starts out with the “Pretty Boy” singer having an argument with his love interest, played by Yovanna Ventura.

“The relationship is becoming toxic,” Ventura, 24, says in a scene at the start of the video.

In June, Barulích shared on Danny Morel’s podcast, “Evolve,” that her relationship with Maluma had become “toxic” because she was giving “1000%” and was “receiving 20%.”

In “Hawái,” Maluma comments on photos Barulích posted with Neymar on her Instagram.

He sings, “La foto que subiste con él diciendo que era tu cielo/ Bebé, yo te conozco tan bien, sé que fue pa’ darme celos/ No te diré quién, pero llorando por mí te vieron” which translates in English to, “The picture that you posted saying he was your sky / Babe, I know you well, I know it was uploaded to make me jealous/ I won’t tell you who, but someone told me they saw you crying.”

In the video, Maluma alluded that Barulích wanted to split because she was “not happy.”

But despite penning a song about the brunette beauty, a source told us the exes are “currently just wishing each other the best.”

“I know there’s no hard feelings,” the insider added.

Maluma and Barulích broke up in October after two years together.

The California-born model and DJ told us exclusively at the time, “I love Juan Luis (Maluma) very much but right now we need to take time for ourselves and our careers so that we can continue to grow as artists and individuals.”

In May, Barulích appeared on the cover of GQ Russia alongside Neymar. She also posted a picture with the Brazilian soccer player on Wednesday with the caption, “Men who empower women 👏🏼 more of this please.”

Since their split, Maluma has also been linked to Winnie Harlow and Russian model Vivien Ruben. However, a source told us the singer was just “truly enjoying his life as a single person.”

A rep for Barulích did not immediately return our request for comment on “Hawái.”
