Dina Lohan getting in shape to one day join ‘DWTS’

Dina Lohan and her on-again, off-again fiancé, Jesse Nadler, are focusing on their fitness.

“I’m doing this whole mind, body and soul plan,” Lohan told Page Six over the phone on Tuesday, “and so is Jesse for himself to get in shape. At our age, it’s very important to be in shape.”

She also said she’s hoping to inspire other women to follow her health lead.

“I want to help other women, especially middle-aged women, get back in shape,” she said.

The 57-year-old is also hoping she’ll one day be cast on ABC’s “Dancing With the Stars” because she’s a “huge fan” and also grew up dancing.

“Jesse was the driving force to seriously get in shape for ‘Dancing With the Stars,’” Lindsay Lohan’s mother said. “It’s a dream of mine.”

A rep for the dance competition series told Page Six they do not comment on casting.

Though Lohan, who was diagnosed with Celiac Disease a few years ago, said she was getting in shape for herself, Nadler told us he’s also the motivation behind her decision to find a trainer.

“I have talked Dina into a strict health [regimen],” he said. “It was the only way I would give her a chance with me.”

As Page Six previously reported, Nadler said after their second engagement that a wedding “wasn’t in the cards,” but as usual, they’ve changed their tune.

Given how quickly the tides turn in their relationship, the “Listen to Me, The OG Mama D” podcast co-host is diving into her fitness plan, even choosing to hire a nutritionist to help her gain weight because she’s a “very thin person.”

“You don’t look good when you’re too thin,” she added. “Right now I’m the perfect weight I think, but getting in shape is imperative to train for [‘DWTS’].”

She added, “I want women to have it all.”
