Stars from two LA real estate reality TV shows — HGTV’s “Flip or Flop” star Tarek El Moussa and Netflix’s “Selling Sunset” star Heather Rae Young — are engaged.
The couple reportedly moved in together less than a week after their first date, and got engaged on their one-year anniversary of meeting. El Moussa, 38, apparently popped the question during a boat trip to Catalina Island near LA. He told People they “love to be on the boat together.”
“She said yes!” he posted on Instagram, adding that Young, 32, will be, “Flipping her last name.” He reportedly gave her an eight-carat emerald-cut diamond ring.
El Moussa reportedly finalized his divorce from his ex-wife Christina Anstead in 2018 after they split up in 2016. She’s since remarried Ant Anstead, the presenter of such auto shows as “Wheeler Dealers.”
