TikTok isn’t all trash.

A Tennessee teen redefined multitasking after playing the piano while solving a Rubik’s Cube at the same time, as seen in this viral TikTok video with nearly 90,000 views and more than 23,000 likes.

“This took me forever to time right,” said 18-year-old Jimmy Liu, a self-proclaimed 11-year piano veteran who’s also been “cubing” since the seventh grade. Liu tells Newsflare he started making videos to stave off boredom during the coronavirus quarantine.

However, this is only the second one to gain internet acclaim. (A previous musical clip racked up more than 130,000 views.)

In Liu’s latest viral clip posted July 17, the polymath can be seen flawlessly performing the complicated theme song from the Nintendo Wii with one hand while deciphering a Rubik’s Cube with the other. The feat is especially impressive as Liu claims he hasn’t practiced either pursuit much since starting high school.

Needless to say, the prodigy’s ambidextrous display has floored viewers on TikTok.

“This is easily the most impressive thing I’ve ever seen on TikTok,” commented one awestruck viewer about Liu’s simultaneous skill showcase.

“The raw brain power contained in this one TikTok is more than I will ever be able [to] conceive,” wrote another.

“Many people have given me a lot of praise for the video, and I am extremely grateful for all the love and support,” said Liu.

Liu’s multifaceted performance presents a respite from the low-rent content pervading TikTok as of late. The video-sharing platform recently came under fire after a Nazi-themed song amassed over 6 million views across hundreds of clips before getting pulled by the app.
