Tom Arnold and Ashley Groussman have finalized their divorce after more than a decade of marriage.

The exes agreed to have joint custody of their two children, Jax, 7, and Quinn, 4, according to the dissolution of marriage paperwork filed on July 16 at the Los Angeles County Superior Court, People reports. The pair, who first filed for divorce in February 2019, cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for their split.

The children will divide their time evenly between both parents during the week and on holidays.

Groussman previously requested physical and legal custody of the kids, and asked for spousal support.

In January, she also filed a restraining order against the actor after he allegedly did not abide by their custody agreement.

Groussman alleged Arnold, 59, “claimed to have absconded with the children during my custodial time, then refused to drop them off per our agreement until I involved the police.”

However, the exes have since made amends, saying in a joint statement to People last month that they are “pleased to report that we have arrived at an amicable resolution to our custody issues.”

He said at the time, “It’s a long time coming and we have been together for almost 11 years. And very grateful. I have many good years. I have my children because of my wife.”

This was the comedian’s fourth marriage. He and Groussman wed in 2009 and was previously married to Julie Champnella, Shelby Roos and Roseanne Barr.
