DeAndre Baker’s representation remains steadfast and confident the Giants cornerback will be cleared of any wrongdoing and the serious criminal charges against him will be dismissed.

“We have at least two witnesses that will testify as to Baker’s innocence,’’ Patrick Patel reiterated to The Post on Tuesday.

Baker’s attorneys, New Jersey-based Patel and Florida-based Bradford Cohen, say they have sworn affidavits from two witnesses in attendance at the May 13 house party in Miramar, Fla. stating Baker never robbed or pointed a gun at anyone.

Baker, 22 is facing four counts of armed robbery with a firearm and four counts of aggravated assault. He could be facing a mandatory minimum of 15 years in prison for each of the four armed robbery charges.

The arrest warrant stated Baker and Seahawks cornerback Quinton Dunbar stole more than $12,000 in cash and expensive watches and that Baker pointed a gun at a victim and told an unidentified masked assailant to shoot someone walking into the party.

Patel previously told The Post Baker was playing the Madden video game in another room when “a ruckus’’ took place somewhere else in the house. Patel said Baker left the party without incident.

Normally, the state has 30 days to proceed with or drop the case, but that is not a hard-and-fast rule and the deadline can be extended amid the COVID-19 delays in court proceedings.

Baker’s camp would like to get this cleared up as soon as possible. After the arrest, the Giants told Baker to stay away from the team’s virtual off-season workout program to focus on his legal troubles. This is currently a blackout period for NFL players, who do not have any team responsibilities until the start of training camp at the end of July.

Even if the case against Baker is dismissed, he could face punishment in the form of a suspension for possibly violating the NFL’s personal conduct policy. Baker also has to get back in the good graces of the Giants, as this incident, even if the case is dismissed, might not sit well with new head coach Joe Judge, as far as the culture he is trying to instill in his team.

Cohen took to Instagram to post an emotional defense of Baker.

“This young man should be able to put this behind him,” Cohen wrote. “This outstanding young man with no prior criminal history, actually contributes constantly to his community.”

Cohen also wrote he has been getting “a lot of really disgusting racial comments in regards to me defending this talented young man.”
