Rapper Hurricane Chris — best known for his debut single “A Bay Bay” — has been busted for allegedly fatally shooting a man in Louisiana, according to media reports.

The rapper, whose given name is Christopher Dooley Jr., was hit with a second-degree murder rap for shooting dead a man at a Texaco gas station in Shreveport, Louisiana, TMZ reported.

Cops told the site that Dooley originally said he acted in self-defense, shooting the man multiple times in a struggle over his car.

But after police reviewed surveillance footage of the deadly incident, they came to a different conclusion and arrested him, the outlet reported.

The car that Dooley told cops was his had actually been reported stolen. He was hit with an additional charge for possession of stolen property, according to TMZ.

Dooley, a native of Shreveport, dropped the album “51/50 Ratchet” in 2007, which sold 60,000 copies in its first week.
