Blac Chyna is doubling down on her claims that NBCUniversal and E! are plagued by systemic racism.

Via her attorney, the Lashed salon owner alleged last week that the Peacock company and its smaller network didn’t inform her about allegations made by the Kardashian family that Chyna had physically abused ex-fiancé Rob Kardashian. She also claimed the issue would’ve been handled differently had Chyna been white.

In a new statement to Page Six sent by Chyna’s attorney, the 32-year-old reality star reaffirmed her claims that NBCUniversal and E! denied her “due process” because of the color of her skin and slammed Rob’s attorney, Marty Singer, for claiming their reality series, “Rob & Chyna,” was canceled due to their called-off engagement.

“The most unfortunate aspect of Mr. Singer’s false statement that Season 2 of ‘Rob & Chyna’ was cancelled because ‘there was no Rob and Chyna’ is that it distracted the public discourse away from the very real and serious problem…,” Lynne Ciani’s statement began. “…NBC trampled on Chyna’s workplace due process rights in the face of Kris Jenner’s false accusation that she had physically abused her fiancé, Rob Kardashian.”

Ciani reaffirmed her allegations that NBC “never informed” Chyna of Kris Jenner’s “false” accusation and also left Chyna out of “secret meetings and discussions” regarding the cancellation of Season 2 of “Rob & Chyna.”

“EVERY person who is accused of wrongdoing in the workplace must be given the opportunity to defend him or herself before any adverse workplace action is taken against the accused,” the statement continued. “This is especially true for black American workers because pervasive and systemic racism has been particularly devastating to black Americans.”

Chyna and Ciani requested NBCUniversal and all of its affiliates not only ensure that due process is “afforded to all of its talent and employees, regardless of race” but also diversify its employees at the executive level to “ensure that their decision-makers reflect the diversity of its talent.”

The “Real Blac Chyna” star sued the entire Kardashian family in October 2017 over claims of assault, battery, domestic violence, defamation and interference with prospective economic relation in relation to the canceled show, “Rob & Chyna.”

Neither NBCUniversal nor E!, which haven’t returned Page Six’s request for comment, were named as defendants in the lawsuit, though Chyna later requested Ryan Seacrest, who served as an executive producer, be deposed in the ongoing legal battle.

When asked if she planned to sue NBCUniversal, Ciani told Page Six exclusively she and Chyna are looking to “eradicate systemic racism in the American workplace.”
