The only “ideal body type” for Lizzo is her own.

The 32-year-old singer posted a video of her workout regimen to TikTok Tuesday, telling online body shamers that there’s more to one’s health than what’s featured on the outside.

“Hey, so I’ve been working out consistently for the last five years, and it may come as a surprise to some of y’all, that I’m not working out to have your ideal body type. I’m working out to have my ideal body type. And do you know what type that is? None of your f–king business,” Lizzo said in a voiceover of the clip, “If you’re not a fat shamer… keep scrolling… OK now that all the fat shamers are here 🧚🏾‍♀️✨.”

She continued, “I am beautiful, I am strong, I do my job, and I stay on my job.”

The 5-foot-10 crooner, who has previously shared workout clips to her Instagram page, also encouraged haters to consider internal makeovers.

“Next time you want to come for somebody and judge them, whether they drink kale smoothies or eat McDonald’s or work out, or not work out, how about you look at your own f–king self and worry about your own God damn body,” she said. “Because health is not just determined on what you look like on the outside. Health is also what happens on the inside and a lot of y’all need to do a f–king cleanse of your insides.”

Lizzo concluded her message with, “Namaste, have a great day.”

Last week, the “Good as Hell” singer posted an impassioned message to TikTok about body positivity.

“Every time there is a big girl on this app, I find that people always put my name in the comments. And to the people who be putting my name in the comments, thank you,” Lizzo said at the time.

“Because you know what? If every time you see a big girl on this app, loving on herself and putting herself out there and being confident and loving her body, you think of me. Or you think she looks like me. Bitch, that is a what? Compliment,” she continued.
