Supermodel Bar Refaeli on Tuesday signed a plea deal to perform nine months’ community service in Israel over tax evasion charges — while her mother will serve 16 months in prison, according to reports.

The plea deal is part of a 17-month criminal probe into the 34-year-old model who was accused of lying that she was living with then-boyfriend Leonardo DiCaprio in the US rather than Tel Aviv.

As well as Refaeli’s community service, her mother, Tzipi Refaeli, agreed to serve 16 months behind bars — and they will each pay fines of almost $725,000 as well as $2.3 million in back taxes, The Times of Israel said.

They both additionally will receive suspended sentences, the paper said.

The plea deal — signed with prosecutors’ approval — was expected to be submitted to the Tel Aviv Magistrate’s Court later on Tuesday, the paper said. It will settle all criminal and civil claims involving the supermodel’s taxes, Haaretz said.

Refaeli — who gave birth to her third child in January — had argued that her on-off relationship with DiCaprio made them a family unit, justifying her claims that the US was her home base at the time, rather than Israel.

But prosecutors said she and her mother used it as a cover to hide tens of millions of dollars in earnings from tax authorities between 2009-2012, according to the reports.

She was also accused of failing to report the pricey gifts and celebrity discounts she received during that time to Israeli tax authorities, according to the reports.
