Giants cornerback DeAndre Baker entered pleas of not guilty on all eight charges against him.

Baker’s attorney, Bradford Cohen, filed the written pleas to Broward County Circuit Court Monday afternoon.

Baker, 22, is facing four counts of armed robbery with a firearm and four counts of aggravated assault stemming from an alleged incident last Wednesday night at a house party in Miramar, Fla. Baker could be facing a mandatory minimum of 15 years in prison for each of the four armed robbery charges.

Baker spent Saturday night in the Miramar County jail, posted bond of $200,000 and was released Sunday.

Patrick Patel, Baker’s New Jersey-based personal attorney, told The Post on Monday “This case is going to be dismissed.”

The arrest warrant stated Baker and Seahawks cornerback Quinton Dunbar stole more than $12,000 in cash and expensive watches and that Baker pointed a gun at a victim and told an unidentified masked assailant to shoot someone walking into the party.

Patel said none of this happened, that all four victims recanted their statements to police and Baker will be vindicated.

“They’re ruining this kid for no reason at all, other than he was an easy mark,” Patel said. “I believe this is an extortion to try to get money from him.”
