Back in February, Kristin Cavallari and now estranged husband Jay Cutler were doing a meet and greet with fans at her Uncommon James store in Chicago. In a newly unearthed clip obtained by TMZ, a newly engaged woman asks the couple, who wed in 2013, for marriage advice.
Cavallari, 33, immediately blurts out, “Don’t do it!” which is followed by the crowd’s laughter.
Last month, the couple who have three children together, announced on Instagram that they were splitting.
“With great sadness after 10 years together we have come to a loving conclusion to get a divorce,” their joint statement read. “We have nothing but love and respect for one another and are deeply grateful for the years shared, memories made, and the children we are so proud of. This is just the situation of two people growing apart.”
However those conciliatory tones quickly vanished when the “Laguna Beach” alum accused Cutler of “inappropriate marital conduct” in divorce papers and of blocking her from buying a new home.
