Move over, Gordon Ramsay — it’s Nadiya Hussain’s “Time” to shine.

Hussain, who won the “Great British Bake Off” in 2015, has changed the world’s perception of TV chefs.

Now, she brings her down-to-earth style to Netflix in “Nadiya’s Time To Eat.”

The cooking series follows Hussain, a self-taught cook and mom of three, as she shares recipes designed for busy people.

“For me, the show is all about making use of the things that you have at home,” Hussain, 35, tells The Post. “It’s the way I’ve always cooked. And that’s why this show was extra-special to me to film; it’s the most honest way. I’m all-about utilizing the space that I’ve got, making sure that I’m using the implements and utensils and things I’ve got at home.

“It was important to portray that in the show.”

Each episode begins with a recipe demonstration in Hussain’s kitchen in Buckinghamshire, England. She then travels to various locations around the UK (the series was filmed last year before the pandemic) to help stressed people who are struggling to balance their kitchen duties with family time.

In one episode, Hussain helps a single mom with a long commute learn to pre-make noodle dishes for the week in order to maximize her down time.  In another, Hussain assists a trucker who wakes up at 3 a.m. for work and, when he returns home each night, spends two hours in the kitchen preparing dinner for his family.

“One of the best parts of doing a cooking show for me is meeting different people,” says Hussain, a British-born Muslim. “It was really important to go meet people who were genuinely struggling. Because we all live busy lives, no matter what job it is that you’re doing. I find myself compromising the way I eat and the way I cook when I’m in a rush, and we don’t want to have to do that. You want to be able to use your kitchen to the fullest, and so it was really important to meet those people.

“These are real problems, and … other people watching the show can think, ‘Oh, actually, I’m in that position, too.’ ”

Hussain’s victory on the Season 6 finale of the “Great British Bake Off” snared 15 million viewers in the UK. Since then, she’s appeared on several British cooking and talk shows including “The Graham Norton Show,” wrote a children’s book, an autobiography and a cookbook that shares its part of its title with her the show (“Time To Eat,” published last July).

I just didn’t imagine in a million years that I’d be doing any of this,” she says, referring to her fame and busy schedule following her big “Bake Off” win. “My life isn’t quite the same anymore; going out isn’t the same anymore. I consider myself a stay-at-home mum, but now it’s like doing that and having two full-time jobs. It’s not something that I ever dreamed I would do.”

Hussain was also tapped to bake a cake for Queen Elizabeth’s 90th birthday in 2016.

“That was surreal,” she says. “I don’t think I quite believed it until after it happened. It’s one of those things where it’s such a big moment in your life that you don’t quite realize that it’s happening.

“I went into it very relaxed, and realized in that moment when I stood there with the cake, ‘Oh my goodness, that’s a cake for the actual Queen!’ So yes, I wasn’t quite prepared for that moment — but it’s definitely one of my dad’s favorite stories to tell!”
