Kris Jenner and other celebrities have teamed up to help Ronald McDonald House Charities raise $3 million amid the coronavirus pandemic.

“The Ronald McDonald House Charities are raising money to help their @rmhc Chapters most affected by Covid-19 and to continue to help families with seriously ill children around the globe,” Jenner, 64, recently tweeted.

She also encouraged fans to partake in the #CardChallenge — where participants are challenged to stack playing cards, photograph the results, and then post to social media with friends tagged in the image — to help spread the word about the charity drive. Jenner accompanied the tweet with a link to the charity’s donation website.

Meanwhile, Jenner isn’t the only celebrity to get behind the cause. Jamie Foxx, Josh Peck, Pia Mia, and Delilah Belle Hamlin have also shown their support for the nonprofit organization’s charity drive, according to a rep for RMHC.

“Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) relies on over 536,000 volunteers and millions of donors to help deliver our mission and provide support to families with ill or injured children around the world,” Sheila Musolino, President and CEO of RMHC Global, told Page Six in a statement.

“RMHC Chapters are experiencing implications to volunteer programs and financial strains with the cancellation of fundraising events due to the COVID-19 pandemic.”

She continued, “During this time of unprecedented crisis, several RMHC Chapters around the world are working with hospital partners to temporarily re-purpose RMHC in-hospital and mobile program spaces to provide places of respite for healthcare professionals who are tirelessly working the frontlines of this pandemic.”

So far the RMHC has raised more than $7,200 for the cause.
