Actress Rachel Bloom and producer Dan Gregor have welcomed their first child together.

“She’s here. She’s home,” the 32-year-old “Crazy Ex-Girlfriend” star announced on social media on Wednesday alongside a pic of the newborn.

Bloom, who announced at the 2019 Emmys in September that she was pregnant, said giving birth during the coronavirus pandemic made everything more “intense.”

“Having a baby in the NICU during a pandemic while a dear friend was in the hospital 3,000 miles away made this by far the most emotionally intense week of mine and Gregor’s lives,” she wrote. “As the lovely doctors and nurses helped my daughter get some fluid out of her lungs, we watched the maternity ward around us change hourly to prepare for the upcoming COVID storm.”

She went on to thank all the medical workers.

“From those in our NICUs to those directly helping COVID patients like Adam [Schlesinger], they are sacrificing so much to fight on the front lines of this war. Thank you thank you thank you.”

Bloom ended her note, “Brb, gonna go get to know the person who came out of my vagina.”

Bloom took to Instagram just hours after her happy announcement to honor Schlesinger, the executive music producer on “Crazy Ex-Girlfriend” who passed away on Thursday from the deadly virus.

“I have so much to say about Adam Schlesinger that I am at a complete loss for words,” she wrote. “He is irreplaceable.”
