Joe Buck doesn’t have any games to call and probably won’t for a while because of the coronavirus pandemic. So he’s finding a creative way to keep himself sharp.

The Fox Sports play-by-player said Sunday on Twitter that he will perform play-by-play on random home videos of people keeping themselves busy at home. If he does play-by-play on a video, he’s asking the sender to donate any amount of money to charity.

“I have good news for you – While we’re all quarantined right now without any sports, I’d love to get some practice reps in. Send me videos of what you’re doing at home and I’ll work on my play-by-play. Seriously!” Buck wrote. “And FOX is making me due to a dearth of original events to call. THESE WILL BE POSTED.”

Buck, 50, says the videos should be of “daily stuff” and “not you playing Madden.” Buck said he’s pledging to the St. Louis Community Fund and proceeded to do play-by-play of his wife Michelle and son Wyatt.

“This is called negotiation, ladies and gentlemen,” Buck says as Michelle tries to comfort Wyatt. “Michelle on the left is trying to prepare dinner, Wyatt on the right fighting back a yawn dressed like, kind of a half-ass Fred Flintstone. And he now, he wants to watch Blippi, folks. Oh, and he’s hit his mom! He has hit his mom. Mom is playing it up. Wyatt is crying. All hell has broken loose inside this house, quarantine Day 7. For us, it’s about Day 13.”

The attempt by Michelle to make fun by exaggerating the swipe from Wyatt only made Wyatt upset, but she calms him down.

“But they’re hugging. Everything has come back together,” Buck says to end the video.
