Amy Adams has finally joined Instagram — and with a good cause.

The “Arrival” actress used her first post on Monday to promote Save WIth Stories, a cause she launched with Jennifer Garner dedicated to helping children while they are out of school and home amid the coronavirus outbreak.

“My friend @jennifer.garner and I are launching @SAVEWITHSTORIES – a spot to watch your favorite celebrities read your favorite children’s books,” she wrote in the post. “We are galvanizing as a community to support a new fund for a combined effort between SAVE THE CHILDREN and Share Our Strength’s NO KID HUNGRY (and a big thank you to our founding publisher, Scholastic♥️).” ⁣

She then went on to read a story written by her 9-year-old daughter, Aviana Olea Le Gallo, and illustrated by her husband Darren Le Gallo.

She and her husband Darren Le Gallo, who illustrated the book titled “The Dinosaur Princess,” created the tome for her daughter’s birthday.

“This will be the first time we’re sharing it so we’re excited,” Adams said before reading on IGTV.

She also asked fans to consider donating to Save The Children and No Kid Hungry.

⁣”These funds will help us make sure that families know how to find meals when schools are closed, support mobile meal trucks, food banks and other community feeding programs, provide educational toys, books and worksheets, and support out-of-school-time programs to help kids make up for lost time in the classroom,” she wrote.

She already had 163,000 followers by Tuesday.
