On Monday morning, President Trump agreed to a four-hour debate with Joe Biden on Joe Rogan’s podcast, responding to a tweet from MMA fighter Tim Kennedy proposing the idea.

Kennedy’s tweet reads: “On my podcast with @joerogan he offered to moderate a debate between @JoeBiden and @realDonaldTrump It would be four hours with no live audience. Just the two candidates, cameras, and their vision of how to move this country forward. Who wants this? #debates #Election2020”

This comes as many on the Democrat side have been urging Biden to skip debating Trump entirely, from House Speaker Nancy Pelosi saying she wouldn’t legitimize a conversation with Trump to ex-Clinton spokesman Joe Lockhart telling Biden that debating someone who “can’t follow the rules or tell the truth” would be a “fool’s errand.”

But it is clearly obvious to anyone who has seen either one speak that Biden couldn’t hold a candle to Trump in a debate, which is why his party has been trying to shield him. Rogan, who supported Bernie Sanders during the Democrat primary, said last year that that Trump would “chew Biden up” in the debates should he become the nominee.

The idea of Rogan, someone whose podcast is entirely about listening to his guests, hosting a debate between the two candidates would make it a real debate, rather than a spectator sport with a leftist media member posing as a “moderator.” Which is exactly why Biden would decline.

And that tells you all you need to know about who would win.
