Teresa Giudice is closing the final chapter of her old life with Joe Giudice.
The “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star is putting the home they shared during their marriage up for sale, Page Six has learned.
Sources tells us that the Montville, NJ, mansion will hit the market Thursday for approximately $2.5 million.
We’re told the sale is being handled by one of New Jersey’s top real estate agents, Michelle Pais — and that Pais is set to play a large role on the next season of the Bravo show. There’s even talk that she could become a new “Housewife.”

The pair brought up their four kids in the six-bedroom, 10,000-square-foot house before Teresa and Joe were jailed for fraud in 2015. The couple has since separated, and Joe has been deported to Italy, where he has his own new pad.
Asked why Giudice is selling the place, a source told us, “Teresa’s just ready to start a new chapter.”
According to an advance copy of a press release about the property, seen by Page Six, it’s “situated on nearly 4 acres of private property” and “perfectly encaptures luxury living.”
“The gourmet kitchen features a massive granite island & butler’s pantry; a banquet sized formal dining room and a private wine cellar are within close proximity,” the release reads. “The first floor also includes an expansive two story great room with soaring ceilings and a wood-burning fireplace.”
It also boasts a “sweeping Cinderella staircase” and an “exquisite master suite” that has three walk-in closets, a dressing room, and a gas fireplace.
There’s a heated in-ground pool, a three-car attached garage and a two-car detached garage.
