Rupert Grint can cry all the way to Gringotts Wizarding Bank because it turns out he’s a property tycoon.
Grint, who played Harry’s best pal Ron Weasley in the series, is a savvy property investor who is quickly building quite the portfolio.
The 31-year-old, who earned over $53 million from the film franchise, is raking it in through his investments. His company Clay 10 Ltd, is worth over $26 million according to the Daily Mail and the company’s assets have posted a nearly $4 million gain in the last two years.
“Rupert’s become a real property magnate and has been working his magic on building his empire,” a source told The Sun.
“His portfolio is worth around £24million ($31,894,680.00 U.S) now and he’s growing it all the time. He has started three property businesses which are all bringing in a tidy sum.”
The “Servant” actor, who also has another company called Oneonesix Development, has been purchasing properties outside London. He has snapped up homes in Hertfordshire, his hometown, and Luton.
He recently welcomed his first child, a daughter, with girlfriend Georgia Groome.
